Our interactive workshops give participants an awareness of the role they play in workplace conflicts, then teach them the skills they need to sustain better relationships and manage conflict on their own.

INTERACTIVE WORKSHOPS

USING CONFLICT AS A CATALYST

This interactive session will increase participants' awareness of conflict and its effect on themselves and their teams. It will provide participants with tools to better understand and address the root behaviors that create tension in relationships.


Participants will leave with an understanding of how their own behaviors contribute to and perpetuate conflict as well as how they can work towards resolving conflict in productive, healthy ways.

SPEAKING DURING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS

This session will help participants understand the various communication styles we each deploy and the roadblocks associated with them, as well as give them a deeper awareness of how they show up during difficult conversations.


Participants will leave the session with techniques to moderate one’s tone, body language, and word choice to speak more effectively during difficult conversations.


Prior participation in “Using Conflict as a Catalyst” workshop recommended, but not required.

LISTENING DURING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS

This session will explore why conflict at work often stems from a misinterpretation of what someone is saying, and how to truly listen to other people—to pay close attention to body language and tone, as well as words.


Participants will leave the session with techniques to listen actively, ask better questions, summarize what they hear, and provide validation.


Prior participation in “Using Conflict as a Catalyst” workshop recommended, but not required.
