The workplace is a delicate balance of interpersonal personalities, particularly between an employee and a manager. No employee wants to be in conflict with their direct supervisor or any other tiers of leadership. Prevent unnecessary workplace conflict with your company’s managers by getting to know their leadership styles. 

While most companies offer leadership training, all leaders have their own leadership style. Some leaders prefer to be a coach for their employees. They want their team to succeed and become independent. Some leaders prefer a more relaxed, comrade relationship with their employees while other leaders prefer professional, hierarchical work relationships.
